FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you deliver to surrounding communities?
Yes! We sure do. Our delivery fees for surrounding towns are based on standard industry mileage rates. We will do our best to fulfill out-of-town deliveries as soon as possible. During quieter times it can be as soon as the following day, however during peak and busy times we will need 2-5 days notice. We do not guarantee specific time frames as we are a small shop with limited delivery drivers.
Can you deliver to surrounding communities during the holidays?
Yes! We usually have specific delivery run days for orders going out at Mothers Day, Christmas, Valentines Day, Thanksgiving and Easter and will add your order to the appropriate day for your community. Standard Out-of-town mileage rates apply.
Do you deliver to farms?
We *do not* deliver to rural/farm locations. You must have a valid street address in order to receive a delivery. We are more than happy to call recipients to arrange in store pick up.
I really want something from your store but live out of town, will you ship it?
We *DO NOT* ship fresh flowers or plants (It sounds crazy but some places actually do this!). However, we can ship gifts and items from the store . Shipping costs will be added to your final bill.
What if we would like to order specific flowers or colors?
Please feel free to add specifications to your order notes (in moderation!!). We’ll do our best to fulfill requests but please also bear in mind that we are a small shop in a rural location therefore substitutions may be required. If specific colors or flowers are required you can place your order well in advance so that we can add these items to our following week's order. We are known for our designers choice arrangements, which allows us to select from our seasonal and ever changing selection of ingredients. We are not a large enough shop to carry a full range of flowers in every color, so in order to bring you quality stems, beautiful seasonal blooms and our best work we are constantly changing up our floral orders! Our designers really feel that this gives our customers the best floral experience!
How long does it take to fulfill orders placed online?
We require 24 hours notice to fulfill orders placed online. If your delivery date falls on a day that our store is closed we will send the next business day. Holiday and out of town orders may require more time to fulfill (this will be mentioned when placing the order). If your order is time sensitive it is always best to call and talk to us!
Do you do florals for weddings?
We have limited availability for weddings. Please fill out our wedding information form found here and we’ll be in touch. Please note we are fully booked for this upcoming summer but you may find availability in the off season.
